Diwali Snacks | Punjabi snacks

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Maida (All-purpose flour/Refined flour)
  • 3/4 tsp. Coarsley Ground Pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. Cumin Seeds (Seeragam/Jeera)
  • 1/2 tbsp. Sesame seeds (I used brown sesame seeds/Vellai Ellu)
  • 1/2 tbsp. Dried Fenugreek Leaves (Kasuri Methi) [OPTIONAL]
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 3 1/2 tbsp. Butter or Ghee (approx. 50 g)
  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp Water
